Front Stabilizer Bar: Installation
- Align the stabilizer bushing with the clamp on the stabilizer bar. Locate the bushing adjacent to the position line on stabilizer bar.
- Position stabilizer behind subframe.
- Raise the subframe into place and tighten six mounting bolts to specified torque.
Tightening torque: 69~86 lb.ft (93~117 N.m, 9.5~11.9 kg.m)
- Tighten the two stabilizer bracket bolts.
Tightening torque: 32~40 lb.ft (43~54 N.m, 4.4~5.5 kg.m)
- Install the stabilizer bar to the stabilizer control link.
Tightening torque: 32~45 lb.ft (43~61 N.m, 4.4~6.2 kg.m)
NOTE:- Tighten the two control-link nuts to specified torque before lowering vehicle (unload condition).
