Crankshaft Position Sensor (CKPS): Description
The CKP sensor compares the signal from the crank position sensor with that from TDC sensor to measure the upper dead point of each cylinder position. The position of CAM is detected immediately at the same time when the ignition key is turned ON.
It outputs digital signal by two hall devices.
