Trunk Lock Module

  1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
  2. Remove the trunk lid trim.

    (Refer to " Replacement  ") 

  3. Disconnect the trunk lock module connector (A).

  4. Check actuator operation by connecting power and ground as shown in the illustration below. To prevent damage to the actuator, apply battery voltage only momentarily.
