Repair Procedures: Removal: [2WD]

  1. Release the residual pressure in fuel line.

    (Refer to " RELEASE RESIDUAL PRESSURE  ") 

  2. Remove the rear seat cushion.

    (Refer to " [Rear Seat Cushion Assembly]  ") 

  3. Remove the fuel pump service cover (A).

  4. Disconnect the connectors (A, B, C) and feed tube quick-connector (D).
    1. Fuel Pump Control Module (FPCM) connector
    2. Fuel Pressure Sensor (FPS) connector
    3. Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor (FTPS) connector

  5. Remove the fuel pump module after removing the plate cover (A) by using a SST (09310 - B8100).
