Repair Procedures: Replacement: Sealing

NOTE: The sealing must be replaced with the following procedure to prevent oil leak or leakage.
  1. Remove the sealing (A).

    NOTE: Be careful not to damage the injector when removing the sealing.
  2. Brush off the dirt on the surface of the injector with the ring off, then wipe off.
  3. Install the sealing by using a SST (09353 - L1100).
    1. Install the mounting guide (A) from the injector.

    2. Install the sealing (A) from the mounting guide.

    3. Push the sealing (A) in the direction "A" of the installer, then change the direction and push it into the sealing mounting part.

      NOTE: Install it by pushing it in within 2-3 seconds in order not to increase the size.
    4. Install the presser (A), rotate it 3 to 4 times from side to side and remove it.

    5. Check the sealing (A) installation.
