Repair Procedures: Installation
- Install in the reverse order of removal.NOTE:
- Install the low pressure fuel line quick-connector (A) to high pressure fuel pump exactly until sound like 'Click' by pushing in the arrow direction completely.
- Be sure to check installation the low pressure fuel line connector and high pressure fuel pump after connecting the low pressure fuel line connector, by pulling the hose in.
- Connect completely the low pressure fuel line quick-connector cover (B) by pressing in the arrow direction.
- Do not reuse the high pressure fuel pipe.
- Be careful not to transform the shape of the high pressure fuel pipe.
- Torque wrench should not be tilt when you tighten the nut.
- Install the component with the specified torque.
- Inspect fuel leakage after high pressure fuel pipe assembly.
- Install the low pressure fuel line quick-connector (A) to high pressure fuel pump exactly until sound like 'Click' by pushing in the arrow direction completely.
- Inspect the leakage the fuel after installation.
