Repair Procedures: Replacement

NOTE: The combustion seal must be replaced with the following procedure to prevent oil leak or leakage.

Remove the combustion seal (A).

NOTE: Be careful not to damage the injector when removing the combustion seal.
Brush off the dirt on the surface of the injector with the ring off, then wipe off.

Install the combustion seal by using a SST (09353 - B2000).

Install the seal mounting guide (B) from the injector (A).

Install the combustion seal (A) to the seal mounting guide.

Install the rubber ring (A) to the mounting guide.

Push the combustion seal (A) in the "A" direction of the installer, then change the direction "B" and push it into the combustion seal mount.

Install the presser (A), rotate it 3 to 4 times from side to side and remove it.
