Removal & Installation: Removal

  1. Disconnect the battery negative (-) terminal and the service interlock connector.

    (Refer to REMOVAL & INSTALLATION - 2WD

    (Refer to REMOVAL & INSTALLATION - 4WD

  2. Remove the console upper cover assembly.

    (Refer to Body - "CONSOLE UPPER COVER ")

  3. Disconnect the start/stop button (SSB) connector (A).

  4. Remove the SSB (A) after removing the screws.
