Removal & Installation: Removal

Disconnect the battery negative (-) terminal.
Remove the air cleaner assembly.
(Refer to Engine Mechanical System - "AIR CLEANER ")
Disconnect the Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor (ECTS) connector (A).

Remove the ECTS (A) after removing the clip (B).

NOTE: Note that engine coolant may flow out when removing the sensor.
