Abs Warning Light Function Test

The ABS ANTI-LOCK warning light is located in the instrument panel. The warning light will illuminate for 1.3-2.0 seconds during ABS self-diagnostics when ignition switch is turned to ON position. If no faults are stored in ABS ECU, warning light will go out for 0.5 second and then illuminate again until vehicle speed is greater than 5 MPH. If a fault is detected during vehicle operation, the ANTI-LOCK warning light will illuminate and not go out.
