Tachometer Test
NOTE:
If tachometer does not operate, see GAUGES .
Connect test tachometer to engine and start engine. Compare vehicle tachometer RPM reading against test tachometer. See TACHOMETER TEST table. If vehicle tachometer reading is outside allowable range, replace tachometer.
