Abs Motor Relay

  1. Remove ABS motor relay block on left side of engine compartment. Using ohmmeter, check continuity between ABS motor relay terminals No. 3 and 4. See Figure. Continuity should exist. Check continuity between relay terminals No. 1 and 2. Continuity should not exist. Replace relay continuity is not as specified. If continuity is as specified, go to next step.
  2. Using jumper wires, connect positive battery voltage to ABS motor relay terminal No. 3 and negative battery voltage to terminal No. 4. Check continuity between relay terminals No. 1 and 2. If continuity exists, replay is okay. If continuity does not exist, replace relay.
