Retrieving Codes

Before beginning any testing, retrieve any existing Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) from DDM. See ON-DEMAND SELF-TEST in MODULE COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK article in the ACCESSORIES/SAFETY EQUIPMENT section. Make any repairs that may be indicated. If symptoms remain, or if no DTCs exist, see SYMPTOM CHART table, then go to appropriate PINPOINT TEST. If any DTC begins with letter "U", see MODULE COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK article in the ACCESSORIES/SAFETY EQUIPMENT section.
