- Check Driver Door Window Operation - Turn ignition switch to RUN position. Operate driver door window in UP and DOWN positions. If driver door window operates properly, go to next step. If driver door window does not operate properly, go to TEST D: SINGLE POWER WINDOW IS INOPERATIVE .
- Check DDM PID OTD_SW - Using NGS tester, access DDM PID OTD_SW. Press driver door window switch in DOWN position. If DDM PID OTD_SW does not change from OFF to DOWN, go to next step. If DDM PID OTD_SW changes from OFF to DOWN, replace driver door module and retest system operation.
- Check Red Wire For Open - Disconnect master window switch 4-pin connector C521. Disconnect DDM 22-pin connector C456 (located in top front corner of driver's door). Using an ohmmeter, check resistance in Red wire between DDM 22-pin connector C456 terminal No. 13 and master window switch 4-pin connector C521 terminal No. 1. See Figure . If resistance is 5 ohms or less, replace master window switch and retest system operation. If resistance is more than 5 ohms, repair open in Red wire and retest system operation.
