Driven Sprocket Support: Assembly

  1. If removed, install a new driven sprocket bearing. Using an arbor press and the special tools, install a new driven sprocket bearing.

  2. Make sure the seals are mated correctly.

  3. CAUTION: The seal rings must be installed correctly. Transmission failure could result.
    NOTE: Make sure that the seals are mated correctly.
  4. Install new Teflon® seals and the No. 5 thrust washer.
