(1) Carry out the VOLTAGE DROP TEST  under ON VEHICLE TESTING.
(2) Inspect the starter motor mounting and engagement. Install a new starter motor. Inspect the flywheel/ring gear for damaged, missing or worn teeth. Repair as required.
