Ignition Timing
Timing is checked with engine at normal operating temperature, idle speed set to specification and Man. Trans. in neutral or Auto. Trans. in "D". Connect a timing light and tachometer to engine. Start engine and rotate distributor until specified mark on crankshaft pulley aligns with indicator pin.
