Water THERMO Valves

  1. The water thermo valve is located on the intake manifold below the carburetor. Remove the water thermo valve and immerse in a container of water.
  2. Heat up the water gradually and observe the temperature. Blow air into the lower ports. At 122°F (50°C) or above, air should flow out the upper ports. See Fig 1 .
