A/T Vehicles

  1. The vacuum switch is located on the right front fender, forward of the strut tower. Unplug the switch connector. Connect the positive lead of an ohmmeter to the Brown/Red wire and the negative lead to the Black wire.
  2. Apply a vacuum source to the switch. There should be no continuity until a vacuum of 6 in. Hg is obtained.
