Without Air Conditioning

Warm engine to normal operating temperature. Connect tachometer to engine and pull the Cold Start Knob all the way out. Check that cable deflection is .04-.12" (1.0-3.0 mm). Confirm that engine speed is 1350-1650 RPM. If not, turn connecting lever to adjust. See Figure .
