Throttle Chamber (Turbo)
- The No. 1 secondary throttle valve starts to open when the primary valve opens 15°. See Figure . Check that it completely opens at the same time when the primary valve fully opens.
- Check the clearance between the primary throttle valve and the wall of the throttle bore when the No. 1 secondary valve starts to open.
- If the clearance is not within .043-.067" (1.1-1.7 mm), bend the tab until the proper clearance is obtained. See Fig 1 .
