Single Servo Diaphragm

  1. Ensure all accessories are off and connect a tachometer. Bring engine to normal operating temperature and run at idle. Disconnect vacuum hose at servo diaphragm.
  2. Disconnect intake manifold vacuum hose at idle-up solenoid valve and connect to servo diaphragm. Increase engine speed to 2000 RPM and release it. Engine RPM should be as shown in IDLE-UP RPM SPECIFICATIONS  table. If RPM is not within specifications, adjust by turning servo diaphragm adjusting screw.
