Remove, Overhaul & Install: Remove/Install/Overhaul: Carburetor: Reassembly

  1. To reassemble, reverse disassembly procedure using new gaskets. The "O" ring located on A/F solenoid valve must be replaced and coated with gasoline prior to installation.
  2. Check float level and float drop adjustment prior to installing air horn. Perform all adjustments after assembly. See ADJUSTMENTS  in this article. Do not install spring pin in front of mixture screw until adjustment has been made with engine running.
