DTC P1608 - Engine Control Module (CPU) Malfunction: Condition

DTC is set when Engine Control Module (ECM) does not read DTCs from output devices. Cause is malfunctioning ECM. Replace ECM and erase any DTCs present. See CLEARING CODES  . Retest vehicle.
