Oil Pump Removal/Installation: Notes

1. Remove the timing belt. See TIMING BELT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .
2. Remove the timing belt pulley.
3. Remove the oil pan. See OIL PAN REMOVAL/INSTALLATION  .
4. Remove the A/C compressor with the pipe still connected.
5. Remove the A/C compressor bracket.
6. Remove the generator.
7. Remove in the order indicated in the table. See Fig 1 .
8. Install in the reverse order of removal.
