Valve Guide Installation

Assemble SSTs so that depth "L" is as specified.
Depth L

13.5-14.1 mm {0.532-0.555 in}

Tap the valve guide in from the side opposite the combustion chamber until the SST contacts the cylinder head.
Standard Height

13.5-14.1 mm {0.532-0.555 in}
Verify that the valve guide projection height (dimension "A") is within specification.
