Front Seat Removal/Installation: Notes

WARNING:

Handling the front seat (side air bag) improperly can accidentally deploy the side air bag, which may seriously injure you. Read AIR BAG SAFETY PRECAUTIONS before handling the front seat.

Turn the ignition switch to the LOCK position.
Disconnect the negative battery cable and wait for more than 1 minute.
Remove in the order indicated in the figure.

Install in the reverse order of removal.
