  1. Find an irregular signal. (See FINDING IRREGULAR SIGNALS )
  2. Locate source. (See LOCATING THE SOURCE OF UNUSUAL SIGNALS )
  3. Repair or replace the malfunctioning part.
  4. Confirm that the irregular signal is no longer detected.
