Measure voltage at instrument cluster terminal 2N and 2R. Is voltage B+?
- If not as specified, go to the next step.
- If as specified, inspect following parts.
- Hazard warning switch
- BCM
- Wiring harness (Hazard warning switch-BCM-instrument cluster)
- If there is no malfunction, replace the instrument cluster.

Measure voltage at instrument cluster terminal 2N and 2R. Is voltage 0 V?
- If not as specified, go to the next step.
- If as specified, inspect following parts.
- Hazard warning switch
- BCM
- Wiring harness (Hazard warning switch-BCM-instrument cluster)
- If there is no malfunction, replace the instrument cluster.

Turn the hazard warning switch off. |

Input signal to instrument cluster is okay. |
| Other than fixed "OFF" |
Inspect following parts.
- Hazard warning switch
- BCM
- Wiring harness (Hazard warning switch-BCM-instrument cluster)
- If there is no malfunction, replace the instrument cluster.
