Combined Sensor Removal/Installation
CAUTION:
- The internal parts of the combined sensor could be damaged if dropped. Be careful not to drop the combined sensor. Replace the combined sensor if it is subjected to an impact. Also, do not use an impact wrench or other similar air tools when removing/installing the sensor.
- Remove the second-row seat. (See SECOND-ROW SEAT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Remove the front seat. (See FRONT SEAT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Remove the front scuff plate. (See FRONT SCUFF PLATE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Remove the rear scuff plate. (See REAR SCUFF PLATE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Remove the B-pillar lower trim. (See B-PILLAR LOWER TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Remove the center console. (See CENTER CONSOLE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Remove the parking brake lever. (See PARKING BRAKE LEVER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
- Lift the floor covering and remove the floor panel cover (RH).
- Remove in the order indicated in the table in illustration.
- Install in the reverse order of removal.
- After installation, inspect the parking brake lever stroke. (See PARKING BRAKE LEVER INSPECTION .)
- After installation, perform the combined sensor initialization procedure. (See COMBINED SENSOR INITIALIZATION PROCEDURE .)
