Knock Sensor (KS) Removal/Installation

1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. See LIFTING .
2. Remove the intake manifold. See INTAKE MANIFOLD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION - 2.5L or INTAKE MANIFOLD - HYBRID REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .
3. Remove the bolt and the knock sensor (KS).
   • To install, tighten to 20 N.m {2.0 kgf.m, 177 in.lbf}.
4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
