	1	Switch ignition to ON	Go to Step 3.
	2	Switch ignition to ACC	Go to Step 4.
	2	Switch ignition to ACC	The input signal to the information display is normal.
	3	Inspect the information display. Measure the voltage at information display terminal E. (See INFORMATION DISPLAY INSPECTION .) Is the voltage B+?	Yes	Replace the information display.
	3		No	Inspect for an open or short circuit in the ignition related wiring harness, poor connection or terminal disconnection of the connector. If there is any malfunction, repair or replace the malfunctioning location.
	4	Inspect the information display. Measure the voltage at information display terminal E. (See INFORMATION DISPLAY INSPECTION .) Is the voltage 1.0 V or less?	Yes	Replace the information display.
	4		No	Inspect for an open or short circuit in the ignition related wiring harness, poor connection or terminal disconnection of the connector. If there is any malfunction, repair or replace the malfunctioning location.
