ECT Sensor No.2

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [SKYACTIV-G 2.0] ).
  2. Drain the engine coolant. (See ENGINE COOLANT REPLACEMENT ).
  3. Lift up the bracket.
  4. Disconnect the ECT sensor No.2 connector.
  5. Remove the ECT sensor No.2 from the water pipe.
  6. Install in the reverse order of removal.
  7. Refill the engine coolant. (See ENGINE COOLANT REPLACEMENT ).
