Input Signal System Inspection Procedure

  1. Find an irregular signal. (See LOCATING THE SOURCE OF UNUSUAL SIGNALS .)
  2. Locate source. (See THERMISTOR TYPE (IAT SENSOR AND ECT SENSOR) .)
  3. Repair or replace the malfunctioning part.
  4. Confirm that the irregular signal is no longer detected.
