Keyless Receiver Removal/Installation

  1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION .)
  2. Remove the following parts:
    1. Trunk board (See TRUNK BOARD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    2. Bass-box (with Bose ®) (See BASS-BOX REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    3. Sub-trunk (See SUB-TRUNK REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    4. Trunk end trim (See TRUNK END TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  3. Pull back the trunk side trim (RH) to a position which allows for the removal of the keyless receiver. (See TRUNK SIDE TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  4. Disconnect the connector.

  5. Remove the bolts.
  6. Remove the keyless receiver.
  7. Install in the reverse order of removal.
