Power Window System Initialization Procedure

NOTE:

If the following operations have been performed, the initial settings are reset, and auto operation is disabled. Therefore, performing the initial setting is necessary.

Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION .)
Disconnect the power window main switch connector.
Remove the power window system power supply fuse.
Disconnect the power window subswitch connector.

Switch the ignition ON (engine off or on).
Press each power window main switch or power window subswitch to fully open the door glass.
Pull up and hold each power window main switch or power window subswitch until the door glass is fully closed. Once fully closed, keep holding the switch up for approx. 2 s or more.
