Negative Battery Cable Terminal Connection

CAUTION:
  • When tightening the negative battery cable, tighten it to the specified torque. If it is not tightened to the specified torque, the battery charging/discharging may be affected. (See BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  1. Connect the negative battery cable terminal.
  2. Perform services which are required after connecting the negative battery cable terminal. (See REQUIRED PROCEDURE AFTER NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION .)
  3. Verify that the door glass on both sides is closed.
    • If the door glass is not closed, open/close the doors.
