Function Inspection: Notes

  1. Connect the M-MDS to the DLC-2.
  2. Switch the ignition ON (engine off).
  3. Display the PIDs TP1 and TP
  4. (See ON-BOARD DIAGNOSTIC TEST [PCM (VIN Y)] .) (See PCM INSPECTION ).
  5. Compare the voltage and opening angle indications for the PIDs TP1 and TP2 with the standard in the table indicated below.
    • If they do not match the standard, perform the voltage inspection. (See Voltage Inspection ).
