Perform Verification After Fuse Block Replacement
- Temporarily connect the negative lead-acid battery terminal and verify that the related wiring harness is not heated.
- Switch the main power ON (READY off).
- Verify that a fuse is not blown and the related wiring harness is not heated.
- Inspect for DTCs.
- If a DTC is displayed, repair the malfunctioning location according to the applicable DTC troubleshooting.
- After completion of repairs, clear all DTCs stored in the module.
- If there is no malfunction in Steps 1, 3 and 4, switch the main power ON (READY ON).
- Operate all the switches of the interior/exterior lights of the vehicle and verify that all the light bulbs turn on or flash.
- Operate the audio, A/C, wiper switch, and the selector lever and verify that they are all operating normally.
- Switch to Sport mode and start the engine.
- Shift the selector lever to the P position and race the engine at approx. 3, 000 rpm from idle to verify that there is no malfunction.
- Perform a road test to verify that there are no low speed, acceleration and shift-up, shift-down malfunctions.
