Fuel Pump

  1. Connect Bosch digital tester (MOT 001.03). Disconnect return flow line and hold into measuring cup.
  2. Turn ignition to "O", injection pump will then be at "0" delivery. Start motor for 30 seconds with separate starting cable, with battery intact (10 volts when starting). A minimum delivery quantity of 200 cc must be attained. If test fails, replace fuel pump.
