Testing With BOSCH Tester: Notes

All testing starts with TEST 1, except those with electronic control units that have the Green Bosch type rating plate and Bosch number (B 265 101 011). These vehicles started production in February 1984. This electronic control unit can no longer be tested with the Bosch Tester. TEST 13, 16, 17, 18 and 19 are eliminated.

With the modified electronic control unit, the ABS cable harness will also be changed, since the stoplight switch is included into the logic portion of the ABS control unit. The stoplight switch is connected to a 35-pole plug at pin 25.
