System Tests: Notes
CAUTION:
To avoid damaging control modules all electrical testing should be done with a DVOM. DO NOT use an analog meter or test light to check control module circuits.
After verifying problem using COMPLAINT RELATED DIAGNOSTIC CHART (SECTION 12) under TROUBLE SHOOTING or DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE MEMORY (SECTION 11) , perform appropriate test step(s). For aid in using diagnostic charts, see USING DIAGNOSTIC CHARTS .
