Enable Engine With Remote Transmitter

Unlock vehicle with remote transmitter. Try to start vehicle. If engine does not start, check the following and repair as necessary:

• Perform TEST 1 through TEST 7, TEST 10, TEST 13 through TEST 16, and TEST 21 through TEST 29. See REMOTE CONTROL LOCKING (RCL)  under SYSTEM TESTS.
• Retrieve codes from remote control locking control module. See SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM .
• Retrieve codes from engine control module. On 2.2L 4-Cyl., see TESTS W/CODES . On 2.8L 6-Cyl., see TESTS W/CODES .
