Performing Chassis Alignment Check

Drive vehicle onto electronic alignment system. Unlock rotary and sliding plates. Install brake pedal winch on brake pedal. Attach measuring heads to each wheel. Perform initial measurements.
Check vehicle level at front and rear axle and adjust as necessary. See RIDING HEIGHT ADJUSTMENTS .
Perform alignment procedure as follows:
- Check and adjust toe-in at rear axle. See CHECK & ADJUST REAR TOE ANGLE .
- Check camber and caster at rear axle. See CHECK & ADJUST CAMBER & CASTER AT REAR AXLE .
- Check camber and caster at front axle. See CHECK & ADJUST CAMBER & CASTER AT FRONT AXLE .
- Check and adjust toe-in at front axle. See CHECK & ADJUST FRONT TOE ANGLE .
- Recheck alignment measurement.
Remove alignment equipment from vehicle. Test drive vehicle.
