Injection Pump Transfer Pressure

  1. Remove banjo bolt from fuel return line. Install Fuel Line Adapter (10326) in banjo fitting. See Figure . Connect adapter line to 0-160 psi (0-11.25 kg/cm2 ) pressure gauge. Run engine at 4000 RPM under no load and transmission in neutral.
  2. Pressure reading should be 70-110 psi (4.9-7.7 kg/cm2 ). If not, replace injection pump.
