Trouble Shooting: Notes

NOTE: Ensure continuity exists between chassis ground and Black wire of instrument panel connector, especially if fault exists in multiple gauge circuits. See appropriate chassis wiring diagram in WIRING DIAGRAMS. Visually inspect main fuse(s) (60-amp BTN and/or 30-amp HEAD). Check wiring harness for damage, shorts, opens, and loose or corroded connections. Check for damage to audio system relay or illumination lamps. If problem is not visually evident, follow the appropriate trouble shooting procedures.
