NOTE:
Before testing, inspect alternator wiring harness connections and drive belt tension. Service as necessary. Ensure battery is charged and in good condition. Ensure battery cables and engine ground cable are clean and tight. Wait at least 30 seconds after starting engine before measuring voltage.
