The starter motor is a gear-reduction motor with an externally-mounted solenoid. Starting system consists of a starter motor, solenoid, battery, ignition switch, Transmission Range (TR) sensor (A/T), start inhibit switch (M/T), starter relay, starter relay diode and interconnecting cables and wires.
