- Verify condition. Bleed brake system. Refer to BLEEDING BRAKE SYSTEM
in this article. If vehicle tracks properly, condition has been corrected. If vehicle does not track properly, go to next step.NOTE: DO NOT leave ignition on for more than one minute or damage to solenoid valves may result.
- Raise and support vehicle so wheels can be rotated. Turn ignition off. Connect breakout box to vehicle. Using a jumper wire, connect breakout box pins No. 2, 16 and 35 together. Moderately depress brake pedal. Left front wheel should not turn. Turn ignition on. Left front wheel should rotate freely. If wheel turns freely, turn ignition off. Disconnect jumper wires. Go to next step. If wheel did not turn or brake pedal drops, replace solenoid valve block.
- Using a jumper wire, connect breakout box pins No. 2, 15 and 34 together. Moderately depress brake pedal. Right front wheel should not turn. Turn ignition on. Right front wheel should rotate freely. If wheel turns freely, turn ignition off. Disconnect jumper wires. Go to next step. If wheel did not turn or brake pedal drops, replace solenoid valve block.
- Using a jumper wire, connect breakout box pins No. 2, 17 and 33 together. Moderately depress brake pedal. Rear wheels should not turn. Turn ignition on. Rear wheels should rotate freely. If rear wheels turns freely, turn ignition off. Disconnect breakout box. Recheck symptom. If wheel did not turn or brake pedal drops, replace solenoid valve block.
