All Other Models

  1. Position wheels in straight ahead position. If toe-in is not to specifications, loosen right and left jam nuts. Turn turnbuckles the same amount (in opposite directions) until toe-in is within specifications. After adjusting toe-in, check difference in lengths of left and right tie rods. If difference exceeds .20" (5 mm), remove right tie rod and adjust length until difference is .20" (5 mm) or less.
  2. On Cordia and Tredia, each half turn of turnbuckle is equal to .24" (6 mm) of adjustment. On Pickups (4WD), a half turn of each turnbuckle will change the total toe-in approximately .3" (7.5 mm).
  3. Rotate buckle until toe-in is within specifications. Tighten lock nut. Readjust toe-in to specifications.
